At The New Birchfield Hotel we specialise in helping you organise your group holiday. We can provide an all-inclusive package including coach transport, trips out, luggage service and even a door-to-door pick up service or we can just provide accommodation for your group.
As an organiser you can choose from any of our group incentive schemes varying from free places, premier rooms, no single supplements, free excursions and even a complementary overnight visit to discuss your arrangements. Obviously, all these offers are subject to the size of your party and the time of year of your visit.
Whether you decide to arrange all the details yourself or let us do it for you, we will look after your group with that special personal touch. Our resident Group Liaison manager will ensure that everything runs smoothly during your stay from the seating arrangements in The Atlantic Restaurant...
...to rooming arrangements for those guests with special requests. They will even liase with the Head Chef to ensure that any special diets are catered for. We understand that the little details can often be the most important.
With nightly live entertainment in our bar provided free of charge you don't even need to worry about the evenings.
